Mya Keller Obituary

Mya Catherine Keller, 14, of Lincoln, Nebraska went home to be with Jesus on May 2, 2023. Mya was born on September 16, 2008, to Tim Keller and Stacy Marsh. Mya recently transferred from Parkview Christian to Lincoln Northeast. Mya was an amazing young lady. She blessed so many with her beautiful, contagious smile. Mya loved being with family and friends. She loved art, 4-H, trap, country dancing, cheerleading, and weightlifting. Mya was a lover of all farm animals. She loved cats, dogs, barrel races, rodeos, and the country. Mya loved cowboy boots and all things Carhartt. Mya spent many days at her aunt's farm, she loved being with her cousins. Mya's true passion was horses, though you could always find her napping with the cows. Mya's dream was to become a farrier, shoeing and taking care of horses. Mya's happy place was the farm. She was preceded in death by her uncle, Casey; grandpa, Frankie. Survived by her parents, Tim Keller, Stacy Marsh (Mike Simpson); siblings CJ Schmura, Nick Marsh, Ryleigh, Jordyn and Chase Simpson; grandparents, Mike (Francie) Marsh, Connie Richards, Jay Keller, aunts, uncles, many cousins, extended family and friends. A Celebration of Mya's Life will be 10:30 AM on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at the Calvary Community Church, 4400 N. 1st, Lincoln 68521. Pastor Steve Davenport will officiate. Memorials are suggested to the family for further designation.
