William Arthur “Bill” Woodyatt, 87, Green Bay, died Thursday, February 29, 2024, at his home. He was born June 17, 1936, in Sterling, IL to the late Albert and Arlene (Wilson) Woodyatt, Bill attended schools in Sterling, Illinois and following graduation from high school he enlisted into the U.S. Marine Corps. He and proudly served from 1954 to 1956. After his time in the service, Bill attended vocation school in Port Arthur, Texas where he studied electrical mechanics. For thirty years he worked as a maintenance electrician for Northwestern Steel & Wire in Illinois, until his retirement. Bill enjoyed spending his time with his family, and skiing, riding his motorcycle, bicycling, and going for runs with his friend, Pastor Sterzbach. Bill is survived by his wife, Sandra Kay (Kreider) Woodyatt; his children, Wilma (Randy) Kloepping, Pearl City, IL, Amy (Scott) Sturtz, Morrison, IL, and Samuel Woodyatt, Oregon, IL, Brenda (Bob) Reuter, Ohio, IL, Dean Richards (Shelley) of Jacksonville, FL, Alva Richards, Adell, WI, Charles Richards (special friend Dawn), Wyanet, IL, Curtis (Jen) Richards, Baileyville, IL, and Elizabeth (Chris) Richards, Green Bay, WI; daughter-in-law, Tammy Woodyatt, Freeport. IL; 31 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Don (Holly) Woodyatt; sisters-in-law, Pat Calahan, Judith Brinkmeier, and Rosemary Cosgrove; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by a son, Jimmy; a daughter, Amy; a grandson, Dakota, a brother, Dan Woodyatt; a sister, Kay (Chuck) Lane, brothers-in-law, Noel Calahan, Jerald Brinkmeier, and Tom Cosgrove. Friends may call at Lakeshore Baptist Church, 925 Marquette Drive, Kewaunee, on Monday, March 4 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday at the church with the Rev. John M. Berns, Jr., 64, Green Bay resident, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 23, 2024. He was born on February 25, 1959, in Green Bay to the late John, Sr. and Marcia (Melendy) Berns. John graduated from Pulaski High School with the class of 1978. He was an Avid Packers fan. John enjoyed watching movies and especially enjoyed listening to the classic comedians of his time. He liked to play ping pong and you could say he was the biggest Beatles fan around. John was always quick to crack a joke and would do anything to make you smile. He is survived by his son, Landon Berns-Wise; Landon’s mother, Donna Wise; siblings, Patricia Herzog, Barbara (Ersel) Lambert, Robert (Debra) Berns, Margaret Noe and Julie (Greg) Wilinski; brother-in-law, Ted Eul; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Christine Eul; and brother-in-law, Barry Noe. Rosalie Ann Hurley, 88, Green Bay, passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2024. She was born October 20, 1935, in Michigan to Felix J. and Cele (Laverdiere) Michaud.Rosalie married David R. Hurley on May 23, 1958. She was a dedicated wife and mother and put her family above all else. Rosalie loved to spend time with her family, especially at their cottage in Pembine. Together they enjoyed playing cards and a variety of games. Rosalie was a talented seamstress and was skilled at knitting and crocheting. She could knit, sew, or crochet any pattern or stitch. Rosalie made the best pasties and passed on the recipe to her children. Karen Sue (Thanos) Farr, 80, of Green Bay, died peacefully Saturday, February 24, 2024 at the Brown County Nursing Home in Green Bay, WI. She was born November 14, 1943, to the late John and Geraldine Thanos of Marinette, Wisconsin. She graduated from Marinette High School, Marinette, WI in 1962. She attended the University of Wisconsin as an undergraduate. She became a mother to two sons moving throughout the US where her husband was stationed with the Air Force. She returned to Marinette in 1978 where she lived until moving to Green Bay in 1993, residing there until the time of her death.Her greatest joy was spending time with her children and her grandchildren. Karen is survived by her children: Geoffrey (Laura) Farr of Green Bay and Gregory (Laurie) Farr of Green Bay; 4 grandchildren Kirsten Farr (Nataniel Ford), Ethan Farr and fiance Sydney Onesti, Evan Farr and Nolan Farr (Annabelle Clausen). She is further survived by five siblings: Andrew J. Thanos D.D.S. (Mary Anne) of Marinette, Kandy T. Higley (Bill), Jeff C. Thanos (Tina), Jared J. Adris M. Bellin, 81, of Green Bay, passed away on February 5, 2024. Adris was born in Rosiere to the late Edward and Helen (Willems) Bellin on January 2, 1943. She graduated from Casco High School with the class of 1961. Adris started life as a switch board operator, she was a hard worker, working two jobs at once farmed until a fire destroyed the barn and also worked at the Algoma Hardwoods until retiring. Traveling throughout the US, Jamaica, Mexico & Europe are highlights of making great memories with family and friends. Her biggest joy was spending time with her family, her grandchildren & great grandchildren all being the apple of her eye. She enjoyed laughing & playing cards, being a little stinker, Adris was affectionally called the "old bag", gram, grammy or grandma Honey.Adris will be deeply missed by her family. Rose was united in marriage to Anthony Kriescher on June 24, 1961. He preceded her in death on January 20, 2012. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Black Creek. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, traveling and spending time with her family. Adam J. Hobin, 48, Green Bay, passed away January 28, 2024, at a local hospital. Adam was born May 16, 1975 to the late Leonard and Shirley Hobin. He was born deaf and studied sign language at a school for the deaf and hard of hearing. He lived at BCCTC for years until integrating into the community where he resided in AFH setting. Adam moved into CuroCare AFH in Dec. 2011 where he resided until he was called by our Heavenly Father. He participated in Aspiro for years, working in their pre-vocational program. Adam enjoyed playing baseball and participating in bowling teams and leagues. Adam attended Paragon in 2022 where he enjoyed spending time with friends he made there. Adam was a very persistent man when it came to things he wanted. However, the compassion, love and concern he would show to anyone in his life and sense of humor made all who knew him have a special place in their hearts. He was a well loved member of the CuroCare Family and is and will be forever missed and fondly remembered. Visitation will be held at Malcore Funeral Home, 701 N. Baird St., Green Bay, on Thursday, February 8, 2024, from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. There will be sharing of stories at memories at 6 p.m. Interment will be in Allouez Cemetery.

Chauncey M. Roberts, 57, Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday evening, February 3, 2024, at a St. Vincent Hospital. Born April 25, 1966, in Chicago, he is the son of Brenda (Nichols Roberts) Watkins and the late Jimmy Lee Roberts. Chauncey was an ambitious worker, beginning at age 12, he worked in a fish market so he could help provide for his family.He loved working with his brother. He was a talented athlete, as a basketball player, excellent boxer, and enjoyed working out at the gym. He had a love of music and would often love to sing and dance. Chauncey was an entrepreneur and could always "Make it happen" if it needed to be done. He loved his time outdoors, fishing and camping and enjoyed all animals. He was a fantastic cook, who learned to cook over the phone from his mom, sister and brother. Cooking was yet another way he showed his love, sharing his dishes with those he loved. He was a dedicated son and he was always willing to help anyone, if there was pain or a need, he understood due to his life journey. He was a people person who did his best to make others laugh. Tobias referred to him as his lifetime hero and the best BIG brother/friend that he could ever have.Chauncey is survived by his, mom, Brenda Watkins; siblings, Miles, Lizette, Yusef, Sakena, Tanzanna, Tobias, Darnell; children, Tobias, Sabrina and Evie; love of his life, Vicky; aunts and uncles, especially his special Aunt Charlene, and nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.He was preceded in death by a sister, Sakena; his great-grandmother, Luella Hendricks; and Mickey. There will be a memorial gathering in the near future and will be announced by Malcore (East) Funeral Home."To my nephew Chauncey I thank you for the laughter and jokes and the good times. Born on July 31, 1957, in Green Bay, he is the son of the late George and Mae (Pleau) Perrault, Sr. Jimmy is a graduate of East High School. He had worked for many years at Lindquist Tool and Die and most recently was employed with a local drop forge. Jimmy will be remembered for his enjoyment of fishing and cheering for the Packers.Jimmy is survived by a sister, Jackie Perrault; daughter, Carrie VanDenEng; his former wife, Gail Boucher; two grandchildren, Tevin and Nevaeh; step-son, Micheal Jobelius; and his many co-workers and friends.He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Nancy Beirowski; brothers, George "Butch" Jr., Bob and Danny Perrault..There will be no formal services held.Malcore (East) Funeral Home is serving the family.
