Melanie F. Mobeck (nee Dvorsky) Age 76Beloved wife of the late Martin J. Mobeck. Loving mother of Nicole (James Jr. ) Pfeiffer. Cherished daughter of the late Milan and Cecelia Dvorsky. Loving sister of Sylvia (Ronald) Smuszkiewicz. Dear sister-in-law, Auntie Mel and friend of many. Melanie treasured her family. She loved baking, cooking and entertaining and shared her cuisine with everyone. Her home was her showplace as she decorated for every season. She was extremely proud of her work with the Orland Park Police Department and her dedication to the betterment of her community. She will be missed. Timothy James "Tim" Engbers, age 46, beloved son of Janice (Frank) Fronek and the late James Engbers. Loving step-brother of Connie (Richard) Watson, Louis (Jill) Fronek, Samuel (Diana) Fronek and Jessica Fronek. Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Dearest cousin of many. Tim will also be greatly missed by his Bethshan family. Timothy James Engbers was born in Oskaloosa, IA on January 27, 1977 to James and Janice Engbers and lived in Pella, IA. It was soon determined that Tim had cerebral palsy and was severely handicapped. Because of his disabilities, it was decided to move to Palos Heights, IL so Tim could attend Elim Christian School. When he was 18 he moved into Bethshan and has been lovingly cared for by the Bethshan staff for 28 years while also attending Elim Work Services daily. Tim had a quick smile for everyone and showed empathy to those who were hurting. In spite of being non-verbal, he had his own unique ways of expressing himself. Tim will be missed by his mother and his stepfather Frank and many aunts, uncles and cousins, as well as by his Bethshan family. Visitation Friday, December 8, 2023 from 3-7 p. m. Leonard Anthony "Len" Wcislo, age 67, beloved husband for 39 years to Sandra, nee Kelley. Loving father of Lindsay (Greg) Parr and Zach Wcislo. Cherished papa of Eden and Aila. Dear brother of Robert, David (late Linda), Paul (Christine), Alice (Ross) Radke, Charlene (John) LiBrizzi, Anita (Jon) Brennan and the late Joseph (Dona), James (Dolores) and Denny. Dearest brother-in-law of Pamela (William) Wolske. Fun uncle of Sarah, Amanda, Matthew and Abigail. Len will be very missed by his family as well as his All Saints Church family where he was an active member. Len was a retired systems analyst for AT&T. He was a longtime member and current President of The Palos Village Players. Len also enjoyed volunteering with Happy Tails Canine Therapy.
