Melania Palencia Capinia, age 77 of Joppa (Formerly of California), passed away Monday, June 20, 2022. Born in Philippines the beloved mother of Jomel Domingo of Philippines, Arlene Manuel and husband Benedict of Joppa, Eldie Domingo of Philippines and Maricris Pascual of Philippines; dear sister of Heriberta Rocero of Philippines. She earned a Bachelors Degree, was a retired school teacher, and is being returned to her native Philippines where catholic services and burial will be held.
