Mary Elizabeth Adamick Winkelmann was born on November 27,1949 in Houston, Texas to Marion T. and Albina M. Adamick and went home to be with her Lord and Savior on June 19, 2022. Mary was a courageous, strong willed person that loved the simple country life. She enjoyed just sitting on her porch and listening to the birds chirp. She loved taking care of her husband and family. She is survived by her husband Carlos Winkelmann, son Chris Winkelmann and wife Rachel, grandchildren Rylan and Colton Winkelmann and her brothers Billy Adamick and Larry Adamick and wife Nancy. Also left to cherish her memory are numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 23 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Huntsville, TX. Services are scheduled for Friday morning June 24 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home as well. Interment will follow the services at Elmina Cemetery in New Waverly, TX.
