James Wing

James Wing

Age - 65

December 7, 2023

Jim Wing November 26th 1958 - December 5th 2023 In my new place there is no cancer, ports, pokes, or illness, I am free to do whatever I choose. There is a bullet shop, woodshop, and an arcade room that I can spend my afternoons. There might not be a claw machine or video game for me to repair but there is pumpkin pie to spare. While I closely watch all of you, the views are great up here. The rocket launches come right past me and the tips of airplanes under my feet, my Trans Am roars as I start it up, I am wild and free. Mom, dad, and brother Chris were waiting for me, there is a card game about to begin. But not before I see someone peek out, with a little boy grin. Wiggle and worming on my knee, is one of my greatest blessings my grandson Zakary. It is his turn to learn something that the others already know how to do, blowing raspberries as all the grandchildren do. I'll know it's time for the yearly Wing Ding, just make sure to play Rush very loud. Surrounded by all our family and friends is something that always made me proud. There might be many great things here but there is no you, until that time comes that we meet again, live, long and prosper like I would want you too. After a courageous fight we are left to carry on Jim's memory as a father, husband, grandfather, brother, cousin, uncle, and friend. His high school sweetheart and wife from Clyde class of 1977 Cheryl (Johnson/Mackey) Wing; their children: Niki (Aaron) Foster, Deric Wing, Robert Mackey, and Lynda (Andy) Chudzinski; the joys that come in boys, his five grandsons: Phoenix Wing, Jameson Chudzinski, Bowen Foster, Sebastian Foster, and Jacob Chudzinski; sister, Cindy (Terry) Cullen; sister-in-law, Cindy Wing; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
