Mary Macfeat Obituary

Mary Theresa MacFeat, formerly of Stafford Springs passed away at Hartford Hospital on May 4th, 2023, with her family by her side at the age of 42. Mary leaves behind her children; Brianna MacFeat and her significant other Jared Petronio, Brien Albert Derosier, and Jayleen Derosier; her mother, Lee Ann MacFeat; her siblings, Michael, Renee, Stephen and his wife Taylor, Heather, and Karen; her grandchildren, Luca and Phoebe; her Godson, Maxwell; her partner, Fernando, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father, Gerald MacFeat. Mary graduated from Stafford High and went on to be a CNA with jobs at Woodlake of Tolland and Suffield by The River, and then was employed with Connecticut Parachutes where skydiving became one of her favorite things to do. Mary is remembered by her family for being fearless, dancing like no one was watching (even with no rhythm), loving endless karaoke sessions, and being a kind and fun Aunty to her many nieces and nephews who adored her. Mary's love for her family was unwavering and she will be missed deeply by her family and friends. Mary's family will receive relatives and friends from 4 to 8 pm on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd, Enfield. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am on Friday. May 12, 2023 at All Saints Church, 25 School Street, Somersville, CT 06072. Please meet directly at the church.
