Bernice E. Triola passed away suddenly on November 26, 2023. Bernice was born June 4, 1950 in St. Louis, Missouri to parents Luther "Cotton" Walters and Bernice Granzow Walters. Bernice was married to Frank J. Triola for 31 years until he passed away on January 10, 2000 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Bernice and Frank had one daughter, Lynnmarie Hadaway who lives in Arizona and Manuel whom she thought of as a son for 25 years. Bernice left Missouri in 1975 with her husband Frank and daughter Lynn and moved to Hollywood, California where she started her career in property management for almost 30 years. Bernice managed multimillion dollar properties and her career took her to Las Vegas, Nevada in the early 1980's. After Frank's death, Lynn moved her to Arizona in 2000 and she retired. Bernice was 1 of 7 children. Brother Donald and Sister Norma met her at heaven's gate having passed before her along with her parents, husband Frank and son in law, George Hadaway who passed away May 23, 2023. Bernice's surviving siblings are Cheryl Plocher and husband Scott, Katherine King and husband Dennis, Sister Joyce Walters and Brother Clarence Walters. Bernice liked to crochet, read and do word search when she wasn't talking with her sister's Cheryl and Katherine who kept in touch with her. Sometimes Mom drove me crazy but she was my Mom. My Mom taught me a lot about property management, how to cook, clean and even write a check when I was 8. Mom raised me to be very independent but most of all she taught me how to be a caregiver when people are sick. I'm glad my Mom went against my Grandmother and decided to keep me instead of giving me up for adoption when I was born. No matter what, I'm glad she decided to be my Mom so I could love her and give her the best life George and I could. Mom drove me crazy a lot of the time but she was still Mom. I am glad she is with my Dad now, she has missed him for 23 long years and now they are finally reunited again and that's what gives me peace and comfort. We miss you Mom and you'll never be forgotten.Show more
