Mary Hazel Brown, 73, passed away on Monday, April 22, 2019, at her home in Roswell, New Mexico. SERVICES: There will be a Viewing for Mary on Friday, April 26, 2019, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home. Family and friends will gather for a Funeral Service Celebration of Mary's purpose driven life at Berrendo Baptist Church on Saturday, April 27, 2019, at 11:00 AM. Pastor Troy Grant will be officiating. Interment will follow at Memory Lawn Cemetery. On April 24, 1945, Mary was born to Claude L. Lenderman and Rachel Frances Taylor in Konawa, Oklahoma. She married Barry David Brown on January 14, 1982, in Deming, New Mexico. Mary graduated from Socorro High School in Socorro, New Mexico, and later took a Dietary Managers Course. Prior to retirement, she was a self-employed food caterer in Roswell, New Mexico. In Mary's pastime, she was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. She was also a member of Berrendo Baptist Church. Mary was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed, not only by her family and friends, but by all those fortunate enough to have known her. SURVIVORS: Those left to eternally treasure and cherish memories of Mary are her children: Rebeccah Brown (Dan Jones), Jimmy Dale Simpson (Brenda), Allan Simpson (Jennifer), and Barry Doug Brown (Verna); grandchildren: Daniel Jones, Jessica Jones, Clinton Simpson, Justin Mims, Brianna Simpson, Cheyenne Simpson, Lane Dale , Lana Dale, Lance Dale, Cody Simpson, Jessie Simpson, Jamie Simpson, Christopher Jones, Shayla Jones; sisters: Kathy Keene (Leo) of Roswell, NM, Margaret Hardin of Roswell, NM; brother, Cecil Lenderman (Sue) of Graham, WA; sisters-in-law: Wanda Lenderman, Pat Wallace; and numerous nieces and nephews. PRECEDING: Preceding Mary in death: her husband, Barry David Brown; parents, Claude L. Lenderman and Rachel Frances Taylor; and brothers: Eugene Lenderman, Franklin Lenderman, Paul Lenderman, and Kenneth Lenderman.
