Martha Dulaney Obituary

Martha "Billie" Dulaney Billie Dulaney, age 96, of Waynesburg, PA passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2023. She was born on November 7, 1926 in Lippincott, PA to the late Jesse A. and Pearl C. Stilwell. On November 11, 1955, she married Fred E. Dulaney, who preceded her in death on August 25, 1979. Surviving are a daughter, Tobie (Scott) Cole of Waynesburg; granddaughter, Katie (Scott) McCoy of Daybrook, WV; great-granddaughter, Delani McCoy of Daybrook, WV; sister, Charlene Yanak of Low Hill, PA; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased in addition to her husband and parents are four sisters, Margaret Stilwell, Dorothy Kozorra, Lena Stilwell, and Francine Horn; and three brothers, Paul, Robert, and Frank Stilwell.
