Marsha Carol Ingram (Van Note) died unexpectedly and peacefully in Branson, Missouri while on vacation at the age of 77. Marsha is survived by her son David Ingram and his wife Lyda of McKinney TX, daughter Rebekah Gothard of Calera OK, and daughter Connie Ingram of Calera OK. She is preceded in death by her husband Marion Ingram, daughter Deborah Kumler, parents John and Nellie Van Note, and M. Abe and Ruby Jewel Sizemore, brother Ronnie Sizemore, sister Janice Sizemore, and brother Bob Sizemore. She enjoyed spending time with her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She became very close to Janice's daughters and enjoyed talking with them and hearing about their lives. She spent many nights speaking with her sister-in-law Bonnie Sinor who was a comfort to her. Her in-laws were more than just family, they were her friends and took great care of her after she lost her husband. Marsha has so many friends who felt like family to her. Marsha was born on April 18, 1946, in Bloomington, IL to John Earl Van Note and Ruby Jewel Sizemore (Kimble). She married Marion in July 1964. They were married for 56 blessed years. Marsha was a homemaker, worked for Diaper Jeans, and helped her husband at his tire business and auto sales business. Marsha and Marion had four natural children but loved many of their children's friends as their own. She was faithful to several churches where she devoted her many talents in any way they were needed. She played piano, sang, taught Sunday school, was a youth leader, a lady's leader, and secretary. Marsha enjoyed baking, puzzles, playing games with family, travelling with her husband, and crocheting blankets for her grandkids and great grandkids. She recently became part of a new family that she found at New Life Assembly of God Church in Calera, Ok. Marsha was a God-fearing woman who devoted her life to Jesus at the age of 14. She was a dedicated prayer warrior who prayed until God's will be done. Family night will be Thursday May 11th from 5 to 7p. m. at Fisher Funeral Home in Denison, Tx. The funeral is scheduled for 1:30 on May 12th at New Life AOG, 1003 N. 3rd Street in Calera, OK with a reception to follow in the church fellowship hall. She will be interred at Colbert Garden of Memory Cemetery in Colbert, OK. Pastor Stephen Biggerstaff will officiate the ceremony. Pallbearers will be grandsons David Vellotti, Christopher Gamboa, Travis Barcheers, Devon Ashbee, family member James (Jimmy) Gothard, and friend Joseph Biggerstaff. Honorary pallbearers are her grandson Connor Vellotti and great-grandsons Darrell Barcheers and Hayden Bullard. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Marsha's life.
