Mark Anthony Ellison, age 63 of Georgetown, Ohio died Thursday, October 5, 2023 at the Mt Orab Medical Center in Mt Orab, Ohio He was the former owner and operator of Chem-Tec Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning and a United States Marine veteran Mark was born November 30, 1959 in Georgetown, Ohio the son of the late Charles and Elizabeth Jane (Ellis) Ellison Mr Ellison is survived by two children - Sarah Adams and husband Ryan of New Richmond, Ohio and Matt Ellison and wife Lillian of Winchester, Ohio; four grandchildren - Kylee and Grayson Adams and Charles and Sullivan Ellison; two sisters - Kim Ellison of Georgetown, Ohio and Staci Hatten and husband Jeff of Georgetown, Ohio; one nephew - Ely Hatten; one niece - Paetyn Hatten; five aunts - Ruth Drummond and husband Jerry of Pickerington, Ohio, Genevieve Canter of Georgetown, Ohio, Dorothy Kennedy of Georgetown, Ohio and Ruth Morris of Ponchatoula, Louisiana; numerous cousins and his life partner - Cassandra Starrett of Georgetown, Ohio Memorial Services will be held at 3:00 P M Sunday, October 8, 2023 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio Dan Pelzel will officiate Visitation will be from 1:00 P M - 3:00 P M Sunday at the funeral home An anatomical gift was made to the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine If desired, memorial contributions may be made in Mark's name to the Brown County Veterans Services, 474 Home Street, Suite D, Georgetown, Ohio 45121 To to the family or in memory of Mark Anthony Ellison, please

Robert Lee Turner, age 85 of Georgetown, Ohio went home to be with the Lord he loved and served Saturday, December 2, 2023. He was born July 22, 1938 in Hillsboro, Kentucky the son of the late Donald and Mary Opal (Lykes) Turner. Bob attended the Hillsboro Elementary School before moving to Georgetown in 1953. He and his family started attending the Georgetown Nazarene Church where he met his future wife, Phyllis Combs. They were married June 22, 1958. They were blessed with two children Douglas Turner and Lori Ann McBride. Bob served in the U. S. Army from April, 1962 - April 1965 and thirteen months of his three years were served in Korea. Following his time in the military, he worked with his dad doing electric and plumbing. He was then hired by Union Oil 76 to do service station maintenance. This led him to start his own company, Turner Maintenance Company with two employees, the late Marvin Greene and his son, Doug. Because of his integrity and reliability his business grew and became widely known and used. When his health began to decline the last couple of years, he mainly drew up plans for the stations, ordered materials, etc. For most of his adult life, he attended the Georgetown Nazarene Church and a few years ago he became involved with the Ohio Veterans Home in Georgetown and began attending Chapel there. Bob was known for his hard work, generosity and friendliness. Most of all, he was a faithful, loving husband and father. He leaves to mourn his passing, his wife of sixty-five years - Phyllis (Combs) Turner; his son - Doug Turner of Georgetown, Ohio; his daughter - Lori McBride of Georgetown, Ohio; three grandsons - Tyler Turner (Hannah) of Georgetown, Ohio, Tanner Turner (Katie) of Cincinnati, Ohio and Evan Turner (Kelsey) of Clyde, Ohio; the mother of the grandsons - Barbara Turner; three granddaughters - Jessie Turner of Georgetown, Ohio, Eden Turner Weber of Peebles, Ohio and Aleah Brooks of Indianapolis, Indiana; one sister - Joyce Shafer of Georgetown, Ohio and many nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services are pending at this time. The Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio is serving the family. Debra Neal Scott, age 59 of Mt. Orab, Ohio passed away Monday, November 27, 2023 at her residence. She was a homemaker, a member of the Mt. Orab First Baptist Church and a prayer warrior. Debra enjoyed watching birds, four-wheeling and crocheting. She was born August 6, 1964 in Mariemont, Ohio the daughter of Annabelle (Kieffer) Neal of Mt. Orab, Ohio and the late Jimmy C. Neal . Besides her father in 2021, Debra was preceded in death by one grandson - Ryan Alford Partin in 2014; one sister - Sharon Slack in 2018 and one brother-in-law - Richard Rhoads in 2012. In addition to her mother, Mrs. Scott is survived by her husband of 26 years - Larry Scott whom she married on January 1, 1998; three children - Seth Partin and wife Chelsey of Lynchburg, Ohio and Sara Partin and Gracie Scott both of Mt. Orab, Ohio; four grandchildren - Tyler, Hadley, Landon and Caden Partin; one sister - Linda Rhoads of Sinking Springs, Ohio; one brother-in-law - Mark Slack of Sardinia, Ohio and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P. M. Thursday, November 30, 2023 at the Mt. Orab First Baptist Church, 704 S. High Street, Mt. Orab, Ohio. Jonathan Lawler will officiate. Rich Mullins III, age 72 of Georgetown, Ohio died Saturday, November 18, 2023 at his mother's home in Georgetown, Ohio. Rich was born February 3, 1951 in Dayton, Ohio the son of Ruth (Courts) Litzinger and the late Ausbey Richard Mullins Jr. He was also preceded in death by his stepfather - John Litzinger and stepmother - Vi Mullins. Rich attended the Georgetown High School until his senior year, when he moved to Wheelersburg, Ohio. After graduation he attended Ohio University. He spent a lifetime in the construction industry as a self-employed home builder in Florida, for twenty years and then was employed as a project superintendent for the Jim Hunt Construction Company in Cincinnati, Ohio, for twenty five years. He enjoyed baseball, basketball, track, the Boy Scouts and hunting. Rich especially loved playing his guitar and, after retirement, he enjoyed making crafts and attending craft shows with his sister. Rich is survived by his mother - Ruth (Courts) Litzinger of Georgetown, Ohio, one sister - April Mullins of Cold Spring, Kentucky; one brother - Randy Mullins of Georgetown, Ohio; one half-sister - Amy Mullins of Florida; two step-brothers - Randy and Merrill Taylor both of Florida; adopted brother - Andrew Mullins of Florida; two nephews - Gregg (Tammy) Mullins of Georgetown, Ohio and Quinton Mullins of Ripley, Ohio; one niece - Shana (Justin Sears) Mullins of Cincinnati, Ohio and several great nieces and nephews - Peyton Mullins, Ashley Mullins, Nolan Sears, Maxwell Mullins, Austin Mullins, Jennifer, Jackie, Amy, Monica and Clint. Rich loved spending time with his family and really enjoyed watching his nieces and nephews growing up. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P. M.
