Orwell - Marjorie L. Sharp, age 80, passed away on Monday, April 22, 2019 at University Hospital Medical Center Cleveland. She was born on July 1, 1938 in Austinburg, Ohio the daughter of Frank M. and Elsie M. (Fobes) Harnist. Marjorie worked in accounting for The Orwell Telephone Company. She served time as a board member for Orwell Printing Company, The Grand Valley Public Library and Country Neighbor Program. Marjorie also worked for the Ashtabula County Board of Elections and was a member of the Orwell North Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed visiting with family and friends. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Dale Sharp. Survivors include her daughter Deborah (James) Libby, son Brian Sharp, grandchildren Jessica, Sarah, Becca, Jonathan and Lyndsie. Per Marjorie's request a private funeral service officiated by Pastor Harry Johns will be held with burial to follow at Orwell North Cemetery.
