Johnson Birmingham - Marion Johnson, 92, died Thursday, April 25, 2019 at UAB Hospital. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 27, 2019, at Pine Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, April 27, 2019 from 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM at Dryden Funeral Home. Survivors include: Wife - Charlotte Johnson, Hoover, AL Son - Jim Johnson, Hoover, AL Grand Child - Avery Johnson Grand Child - Cassidy Johnson Pallbearers will be friends and family. Mr. Johnson was a native of Cleburne County and agraduate of Cleburne County High School in 1942. He was also a graduate of Jacksonville State University and received his Masters degree at Loyola University in New Orleans. Mr. Johnson served in the U.S. Army during World War II and the Korean war as a First Lieutenant. He was employed by Phizer labs. .
