HAMER Marion R. "Rusty" Hamilton, 59, passed away Sunday, April 23, 2023, at the McLeod Hospice House in Florence after an illness. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P. M. Thursday, April 27, 2023 at Cooper Funeral Home with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 p. m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Born in Dillon County, February 25, 1964, he was the son of the late Mary Frances Huggins Hamilton. He was a mechanic with Dillon Yarn. Survivors include his wife, Annette O Hamilton of Hamer; son, Jamie Hamilton (Amber Bullard) of Latta; daughters, April Hamilton of Hamer, Tonya Hamilton (Mikey Cook), and Christy Hamilton (Thomas Hunt) both of Dillon; sisters, Margaret Hamilton of Myrtle Beach and Phyllis McKee of Dillon; brother, Glenn McKee of Myrtle Beach; 14 grandchildren, Destiny Hamilton, Shane Anderson, Blake Hamilton, Auria Hardin, Hayden Bullard, Cristian Hamilton, Victoria Butler, Bryson Hamilton, Mason Butler, Harmoni Hamilton, Baeleigh Hamilton, Abigail Hamilton, Eayla Chavis, and Trenton Cook; and 1 great-grandchild, Everly Bradley.
