Mario Sirianni Obituary

Mario Ugo Sirianni, age 87, of Donora, PA, passed away Saturday, April 22, 2023, at Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital in Carroll Twp. , PA. He was born on July 13, 1935 in Petrona Calabria Italy the son of the late Filippo Sirianni and the late Anastasia Colosimo Sirianni. He was a member of the St. Andrew the Apostle Parish. Mario emigrated to America in 1955 and was a lifelong self-employed cabinet maker. He also was an avid gardener and winemaker. In addition to his parents, Mario was preceded in death by two sisters, Ermalinda and Giuseppina; and two brothers, Armando and Gino. Surviving to cherish his memory is his wife of 63 years, Angelina Talarico Sirianni; four children, Annarita Sirianni of Donora, Philip Pino Sirianni of Pittsburgh, Dino (Gina) Sirianni of Peters Twp. and Patricia (Mark) Torreano of Aldie, VA; and three grandchildtren. Vincenzo Sirianni, Dominic Sirianni and Francesca Torreano. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Anthony L. Massafra Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc. , 40 Second Street Extension, Donora, PA 15033 (724) 379-6900 where the family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, April 26, 2023. Prayers will be recited in the funeral home at 9:30 AM on Thursday April 27, 2023 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Andrew the Apostle Parish Donora Campus at 10:00 AM.
