Marilyn Bohanan Obituary

Marilyn Elaine Loveday Bohanan, age 65 of Sevierville, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 6, 2023, surrounded by her loved ones. She loved being outside whether it was spending time with family, gardening and enjoying time at the lake with the grandchildren. Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents Clay and Bernice Loveday, father-in-law and mother-in-law Ralph and Mae Bohanan, brothers David and Rickie Loveday and sister-in-law Debbie Bohanan Powers, brothers-in-law Charlie, Steve and Herman. Marilyn will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 44 years Eddie Bohanan, sons Adam Bohanan (April), Lucas Bohanan (Jamie) and grandchildren Cole, Peyton, Piper, and Elise. In addition, she is survived by her siblings Kathleen, Bobby (Brenda), Vera, Steve (Dwinita), Betty (Andy), and Barbara, brother-in-law Gary Powers, as well as several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Thursday, May 11 with funeral service to follow at 7 PM in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville. Rev. Kenneth Stansberry will officiate. Family and friends will meet at 11 AM Friday, May 12 in Eden Cemetery for graveside service and interment.
