Marie Jackson Obituary

Cumberland, MD- Marie Yvonne Jackson, 67, of Cumberland, MD passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at UPMC-Altoona. Born June 25, 1955 in Philadelphia, PA, Mrs. Jackson was the daughter of the late Edwin Theodore Rothe and Louise (D'Annunzio) Rothe. She was also preceded in death by her brother: Eddie Rothe. Marie graduated from Bishop Walsh High School Class of 1973 and was a former employee of Heck's and Martin's Food Store. She was a member of Our Lady of the Mountains Parish. She had a huge heart and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers Fan. Marie is survived by her husband of 41 years, Glenn Jackson; her son: Jason Kenney; her brothers: Henry Rothe and wife Mel; and Joe Rothe and wife Stacy; and numerous nieces and nephews. Per her request, there will be no services.
