Age - 58

Yolanda Campbell, age 58, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 29, 2023. . She was born April 1, 1965 to Carlos and Mary Campbell in Cleveland Ohio. She was a 1983 graduate from Brookhaven High School and attended Fort Hayes Career center in Columbus Ohio where she leaned Optometry. After graduation, she dedicated her life to Jehovah on July 1, 1983. She worked as a Quality Control Inspector at Custom Rubber, where she displayed her creative talent by creating a tool to help her perform her job better, which later became protocol for the company. Yolanda was preceded in death by her parents Carlos Ray Campbell and Mary Ann Campbell Blair, Stepfather Eugene Blair. She is survived by her daughter's Jacqueline Campbell and Camry (Craig) Campbell Bucurel. brothers Jerome Edward Campbell and Robert (Rhonda) Campbell. Stepsisters Noretha Blair and Cheryl Blair, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Yolanda had a deep love for Jehovah. In expressing her love, as a single mother, she would make the time to Auxiliary pioneer, even using her vacation time from work to have a full share. She also enjoyed frequent family trips to Bethel. She also took serious family worship and implemented it with Jacqueline and Camry. She even had an opportunity to share that experience at a regional convention. Jacqueline and Camry have many fond memories of their mom 's loving and giving personality. One such memory was when Yolanda woke them up one early morning and sat them on the couch. . . She went to her room and brought two wrapped gifts. They were very simple gifts, but it did not matter to them. It really moved them, and they have never forgotten her kindness and love. This turned out to be a lesson for them from Jehovah to imitate that same love and kindness to others, remembering it is always better to give than receive. Yolanda was also very passionate about Art and was a very talented artist. She drew several art pieces and painted several pictures. Several friends were recipients of cards, crafted personally through her Campbell Card Company. She had a love for Jehovah's creation of animals. She had cats, dogs, turtles; and gave them very creative names like Romeo, Bonkers, Ebay, and Twinkie. She often would even wear animal print, leopard print being her favorite. Yolanda had quite a sense of humor and quick wit. Robert recalls a time during the pandemic family zoom game, the question was asked "How do you know when its time to replace your mask?". Her quick response was "When your mask needs a mask'. Even in hard times she kept her sense of humor. She also loved watching football, Cleveland Browns and Ohio State Buckeyes, being her favorites. The family would like to express love and appreciation for all the love, support and prayers shown to us during this very difficult time . In whatever way kind words , card, hugs and more , it truly helped uplift us and bring us comfort, To to the family or in memory of Yolonda Campbell, pleaseShow more
