Margaret Ann "Marti" (Parr) Davenport, 77, of Yellow Springs, passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at her residence. She was born January 18, 1945, in Blackwell, Oklahoma, the daughter of Keith and Hallene Edna Morgan Parr. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Yellow Springs, the Yellow Springs Art Association and the Rabbit Breeders Association. Marti loved traveling with her husband Otha and especially enjoyed their times wintering at Padre Island in Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Janice Curtis, and by a brother, Gary Parr. She is survived by a daughter, Jessica "Hollie" (Roger) Meddock, Springfield grandchildren, Stefan (Alayna) Ritchie, Ruby Paige King and Chase Meddock, a sister-in-law, Marjorie King, her dear nephews, Steve (Cathy) King, and Larry Don (Jane) King, cousins Brandon (Anna) Narr, Colby Don (Phalynn) King, Tyler Nelson King and Angelee King, and by many other family members and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Services will be held at 11am, Friday, June 24, at Neeld Funeral Home. 1276 N. Detroit St. , Xenia, with Rev. Terry Hall officiating.
