Marc Strong Obituary

Marc Alan Strong November 3, 1951 - April 22, 2023 Marc, a devoted husband, father, brother, and uncle passed into the loving embrace of his Heavenly Father on a Saturday evening. He would not accept defeat from the health issues he waged war against, telling others "God will take care of it. " Always desiring to serve his family, church, and friends Marc laid down his tools and the earthly vessel that we all held precious and returned to our Creator God. A tradesman by craft, a 'never a job too hard' kind of man, his last moments were spent outside in the garden with his wife of 41 years. Throughout his life, Marc served his church in whatever capacity was needed. He simply loved to help others. When you get to heaven, look for the fishermen; there you will find Marc. Marc is survived by his spouse Ronda, his daughter Sherry Massey (Anthony), siblings Tim Strong, Mary Cardwell, John Patrick Strong (Vicky), Mike Strong (Sally), Angel Wadman (Matt), Kari Wykes, Lisa West (David), and Anne Smith (Craig). He leaves behind 3 grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2023, at 12:00pm at Calvary Chapel on the Horizon, 1117 Bridgeport Road, Indianapolis, IN 46231
