Mabel Marshall Obituary

Mabel Dorothy (Gall), Marshall, 95, of Middletown, CT; wife of the late Truman H. Marshall, passed away at home with family by her side on April 19, 2023. Born in Manchester, NH, she was the daughter of the late James and Mary (Curtin) Gall. Mabel worked as a medical secretary at Middlesex Hospital for many years, before retiring. She enjoyed knitting, reading, and long rides. She was the happiest spending time with her family and friends. Mabel, beloved mother and grandmother is survived by her daughter Gail Benker and her husband John, of Middletown, CT; her son James Marshall and his wife Julia of Murrells Inlet, SC; her loving sister, Myra Kershner, of Greene, ME; 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Along with her husband and parents, Mabel was predeceased by her brother Edward Gall, of Augusta, ME. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
