Lucille Ella Mae Peterson entered into eternal rest at Ochsner Medical Center Westbank on Thursday, June 16, 2022, at the age of 70. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Terrytown, LA. Lucille was a graduate of L B Landry High School Class of 1970. Beloved mother of Demond (LaKora) Ricard and Kaydrelle Ricard. Daughter of the late Arthur Peterson, Sr and Lillian Parker. Sister of the late Arthur Peterson, Jr. , Riley Peterson, Melola Peterson, Gertiema Peterson Herbert, Burnedette Peterson, Louis Peterson, Adrelle Peterson Eriom, Linda Peterson, and Janice Peterson Franklin. Former wife of Robert Ricard, also survived by 11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Shiloh Baptist Church of Gretna, and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Shiloh Baptist Church of Gretna, 723 Magellan Street Gretna, LA on Saturday, July 2, 2022, at 10:00a. m.
