Lonnie Joe Calvert, age 60, of Rock Creek passed away April 18, 2019. He was a graduate of Hayden High. He went to work for Ragland Trucking Company, and later received his Masters Degree in plumbing. He was preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Ruth Calvert, daughter Deborah Joann Peart, and his partner Brenda Sue Calvert. He was survived by his step son Greg Waldrop (Becky); sisters Ruth A. Calloway (Edward), Belinda Wells; and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. The visitation will be Wednesday, April 24, 2019, from 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM, at Peoples Chapel Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM at the Funeral Home.
