Marjorie Faye Henderson, known as Faye, 84, of Clinton, SC, passed away peacefully on November 24, 2023. She was born to the late Author Edward Ward and Nora Summey Ward. Faye's life was a testament to love, kindness, and selflessness, leaving an indelible mark on those who were fortunate enough to know her. Faye had a passion for collecting, finding joy in assembling an impressive assortment of quarters, blue glass, jugs, and vases. Her love for literature was evident in her avid reading, a pastime she cherished throughout her life. Known for her unwavering kindness, helpfulness, and boundless generosity, Faye touched the lives of many. Her compassion extended beyond her immediate circle, as she dedicated her time to volunteering at hospice, demonstrating a profound care for others that went unmatched. Surviving Faye is the love of her life for 38 years, Eusebio Bustamante, with whom she shared a deep and enduring connection. She leaves behind sons Ronald Henderson and Donald Henderson, granddaughter, Marie Guangenti, and great-grandchildren Carl Owen Birchard, Aura Hutchinson, Abigail Guangenti, Anthony Guangenti, Andrea Henderson, and Lukas Eli Knopf. Faye's memory will also be cherished by her niece, Joy Reynolds. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Carl Edward Henderson, granddaughter, Sonya Birchird, and eleven brothers and sisters. A memorial service to celebrate Faye's life will be held at 12:00 PM on December 9, 2023, at 302 Musgrove Street, Clinton, SC 29325.
