Brenda was born on April 6, 1956 to Beatrice (Valiquette) and Edward Ross, Jr. Brenda, a proud Navy brat, grew up in the Malletts Bay area of Colchester, VT with many friends and close cousins. Brenda's lifelong best friend and confidant was her brother Tim who she lovingly referred to as "the Dog" and vice versa. Through life's many ups and downs, their bond was unbreakable. She always had a good story to tell about them including stealing her cigarettes. Brenda loved the color purple and was known for making an amazing spaghetti sauce. She loved horror movies and video games. A lover of nature, she enjoyed spending time with animals. You could always bet she was leaving food outside for the squirrels to eat. She had many special dogs over the years, including Spike, Gizmo, Rusty, Casper, Chico, Emma, Bubba and Rosie to name a few. Many special cats as well including Snuggles, Peppers, Ling, Pickles and Itta Itta. Brenda, however, loved nothing more than being a Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.
