Lindsey Warren Layne, age 21 of the Springville community passed away Friday, June 17, 2022. Born May 22, 2001 at Bluefield, WV she was a daughter of Emily Bowman Edwards of Springville, VA and the late Shannon Craig Layne. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her step faither, Tom Edwards. She attended Tazewell First Assembly of God Church. Lindsey loved to paint, draw, and was a great self-educator. She loved her family and the people she met at her job. In addition to her mother, Emily Bowman Edwards she is survived by her sister, Maggie Layne; grandparents, Curtis and Peggy Bowman and Mitchell and Patty Edwards all of Tazewell, VA and a host of other family members. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Tazewell County Animal Shelter, 576 Camp Joy Rd, Bluefield, VA 24605.
