Obituary of Linda D. Harris Visitation for Linda D. Harris, 66 of New Albany, Indiana, will be held from 3-5 PM on Sunday, April 28, 2019 at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Pkwy in Jeffersonville, with cremation to follow. She passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at Baptist Floyd Health. Linda was born on April 5, 1953 in Glasgow, Kentucky, to the late Henry Clay Mayo and Madeline Glass. She enjoyed traveling to Florida and spending time on the beach, drinking coffee, shopping, and watching her son-in-law race cars. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Sheila Durham and her husband, Danny K. Harris Sr. She is survived by two children, Cathy Bailey (Mike); Danny K. Harris Jr. (Staci); a sister, Kimberly Coffey; two grandchildren, Kayla Flynn, Cheyenne Bailey; two great grandchildren, Naomi Olson, Natayla Stagg; her five best buddies, Sammy, Sierra, Sadie, Spring, Samantha; a niece, Chelsea Hopton (Eric); great niece and nephew, Elicia & Jace Hopton; and her two best friends, Jackie Aldendorf and Sue Miller.
