Mrs. Linda Faye Croft "Hamby", 77, of Cartersville, GA passed away Wednesday, April 24 surrounded by her loving family. Linda was born July 8, 1941 in Cartersville, GA to the late Mrs. Isabelle Abernathy Smith. Linda was a devoted mother and grandmother "MeMaw" whose smile would light up the room and had a contagious giggle. She was a caring woman who made everyone around her feel loved and needed. She was a lady of grace and beauty that never had anything negative to say about anyone. Linda was a devout Christian and a long time member of Tabernacle Baptist Church, who loved her family and her Savior. She enjoyed spending time with her Lady's Sunday school Class. She will be wholeheartedly missed by all those who knew and loved her. Linda is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Andrew Croft, her mother, and brother, Bill Parris. She is survived by her daughter, Tani (Eddie) Bruce, grandchildren; Diane (Patrick) Alred, Zane (Haley) Bruce, Michala Bruce, her great grandson, Weston Alred, sister, Calene Millard, brother-in-law, Charles (Nadine) Croft. Many nieces, nephews, and beloved cousins also survive to cherish her memory.
