Leroy Holladay, 74 of Wellsburg, WV passed away on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at UPMC Mercy in Pittsburgh, PA. Leroy was born on July 16, 1949, in Bonham, TX, a son of the late Arnie and Alma (West) Holladay. In addition to his parents Leroy is preceded in death by five brothers, Clyde, James, Billy, Robert, and Danny; and one sister, Frances Thompson. Leroy was a 1967 graduate from Rio Mesa High School in Camarillo, CA. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Leroy was Christian by faith and a member of the Wellsburg Loyal Order of Moose #1564, American Legion, and V. F. W. He worked and retired from Aladdin Signs where he was a sign tech. Leroy is survived by one sister, Carolyn Rogers of Ventura, CA; sister-in-law, Sandy Holladay, of Follansbee, WV; several nieces and nephews; close neighbors and friends, Carol and Pam; and his furry companions, B. J. and LuLu. As per his request, there will be no visitation. A private graveside service will be held in the near future at the Cemetery of the Alleghenies 1158 Morgan Rd. Donna (DiPaolo) Henline, 64 of Follansbee, WV, passed away at 5:27 PM on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at Weirton Medical Center after a short and courageous battle against cancer. Donna was born on November 22, 1959. She was the daughter of the late Pietro Anthony DiPaolo and Mary Lou (Engstrom) DiPaolo. Donna worked for 25 years as the payroll specialist at Puskarich Accounting, Follansbee, WV. Many will remember Donna for her work with the Follansbee Chamber of Commerce serving as Board Member for 10 plus years, her beloved wiener dog, Penny and her love of butterflies; but most of all, for always being behind the camera as an amateur photographer always capturing a smile, a laugh and true love with perfect background and lighting in every shot. In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her three siblings, Diodato "Dino", Peter and Grace DiPaolo. Donna is survived by her loving and dedicated husband, Darrell Henline, three children, Heather Piatt and her husband, Caleb, Aaron Baker and his wife, Jennifer, all of Follansbee, WV and Matt Baker and his wife, Stephanie of Weirton, WV, nine grandchildren, Christopher, Abigail, Sarah, Gage, Kaelyn, Bastian, Hannah, Matthew and Khloe, a great granddaughter, Addilyn, five siblings, Mario, John, and Theodore "Teddy" DiPaolo, Judy Gala and her husband, Joe, and Diane Six, all of Follansbee, WV and numerous nieces and nephews. Paul Herman Summers, 77 of Colliers, WV died peacefully on Monday, October 30, 2023, at the Veteran's H. J. Heinz Community Living Center in Pittsburgh, PA after a courageous fight with Guillain-Barre' Syndrome. Paul was born on July 5, 1946, in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Floyd "Junior" Summers and Dorothy (Joe) Newhart. In addition to his parents and stepfather, Paul is also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents who raised him, Herman (Birdie) Amos. Paul graduated from Follansbee High School in 1966 and went on to proudly serve his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was Christian by faith. He retired from Weirton Steel Corporation where he worked in the Blast Furnace, Boiler House, and Foster Wheeler. After retiring from Weirton Steel, he also worked and retired from Veolia Water Technologies in PA. Paul is survived by his companion Lynda Russell; two children; Paula (Anthony) Summers-Milliner of Follansbee, WV, and James Summers of Charlotte, NC; one grandson, Mark of Weirton, WV with Paul's three great-grandchildren, Tegan, Alec, and Avery; Faith Russell of Colliers, WV which he considered a granddaughter; one brother, Rodger (Connie) Summers of Wellsburg, WV; one nephew, Tim Summers of Rockhill, SC, and one niece, Jodie Lewis of New Philadelphia, OH. Edith "Sally" Pfiller Snodgrass of Follansbee, WV. died on Thursday, October 26, 2023. She was 96 years old. She was born on November 2, 1926, in Hollidays Cove, Weirton, WV. She was preceded in death by her dear husband Frank Edwin "Eddie" Snodgrass, her parents, Max and Martha Pfiller, her sister Elizabeth (William) Monney, and brother Walter (Anna) Pfiller. A member of the Blue Wave Follansbee High School Class of 1944, she graduated from Steubenville Hospital Ohio Valley School of Nursing. She was known as "Miss Sally" by her kindergarten students. She is survived by her son Tim Snodgrass and nieces and nephews and their families with their relatives. Edith was blessed with the extraordinary friendship of Kay Bilal and Shirley Shuler with lifelong friends including her nursing school friends through the years and around the country. She was a Christian and was about loving kindness, duty, and fulfillment. She gave life, saved life, and educated lives. She declined no commendation, but it is her due. Daughter, wife, mother, nurse, teacher, and friend sincerely she filled well her part while she tarried here. To the end of her life, she asked, "Are you ok," "Are you happy," " Did you pray to God?" June Montgomery Booher of Dublin, Ohio, formerly of Wellsburg, WV, died peacefully on October 20, 2023 at the age of 91. She was the only child of Thomas Montgomery and Florence Quell Montgomery and was born on June 10, 1932 in Westfield, New Jersey. She was a graduate of Westfield High School and Bethany College in Bethany, West Virginia, receiving a B. A. in Elementary Education in 1954. It was at Bethany that she met and married her husband Dr. William Thurlow Booher, Jr ("Bill"). June taught elementary school in Morgantown, WV and Richmond, VA while Bill was attending medical school in those cities. Following Bill's graduation from Medical school, they returned to Wellsburg, WV where they spent the remainder of their married life together and raised their four children. June was involved in many activities and civic organizations during her years in Wellsburg, including serving as Chairwoman of the Wellsburg Planning Commission, President of the Wellsburg Garden Club, a Deacon and a Trustee of the First Presbyterian Church, Treasurer of the Brooke County Library Foundation and a member of the Bethany College Alumni Council. After her move to Dublin, Ohio June became a member of Jerome United Methodist Church and PEO Chapter N. June was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Bill. She is survived by four children: Tom Booher (and Elizabeth Harris) of San Francisco, CA, Gail Lambie (and husband Don) of Dublin, Ohio, Karen Strecker (and husband Brent) of Kennewick, WA and Lisa Lutz (and husband Keith) of Kirtland, OH. In addition to her children, she was blessed with 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren: Jason Lambie and family Jess, Grayson and Elsie; Ryan and Fazileh Lambie; Allyssa Lambie Schumacher and family Ben, Cole and Sadie; Katharine Booher Meier and family Mason and Parker; Alex Booher; Sarah Booher; Carly Strecker Wilder and family Will and June; Jessi Strecker Luoma and family Colin and Van; and Keegan, Koary, Kyle and Lauren Lutz. June loved gardening, reading, traveling and, most of all, spending time with her wonderful family and friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2023 from 12:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 pm with Pastor Frank Haas officiating at Mullenbach Funeral Home 669 Main St. Follansbee, WV 26037. Thomas Mitchell "Mitch" Grishkevich, Sr. , 68 of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Born on September 11, 1955, in Cleveland, OH a son of the Late Walter and Dolores (Elliott) Grishkevich, Sr. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his two sisters, Sandra Hunt and Jackie Stanley, his brother, John Grishkevich, and uncle Dave Elliott. Mitch graduated from Brooke High School in 1974. He was currently working for Arcelor Mittal Steel in Warren, OH and previously in the 1980's he owned and operated Fast and Fresh Grocery Store in Moundsville, WV. Mitch was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Follansbee, WV. He was a proud resident of Follansbee and a member of the Theta Chi Alpha Fraternity an avid golfer and loved to Follow the Brooke High School Bruin Football team and the Madonna Blue Don Football Team. Mitch is survived by two children, Thomas Mitchell "Mitch" Grishkevich, Jr. and wife, Holly of Wellsville, OH and Joyce Grishkevich and fiance, Brandon Snodgrass of Follansbee, WV; one grandson, Harrison Grishkevich; his former wife and mother of his children, Susan Mozingo of Wellsburg, WV, three brothers, Walter (Tonie) Grishkevich, Jr. of Colliers, WV, William (Linda) Grishkevich and Gary (Lynn) Grishkevich both of Columbus, OH, and sister, Kathy (Bill) Ackerman of Columbus, OH; his aunt, Joan Smith of Omaha, NE, and uncle Jerry Elliott of Wheeling, WV; along several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends among them his work friends and golfing buddies. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 17 from 4-8 P.
