Lenice Frazier Obituary

Lenice Lorene Frazier, 85, of East Ridge, went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 24, 2023. Lenice graduated from Ooltewah High where she was awarded Most Athletic for basketball and was in several music clubs. She was Blessed to be a "Stay at Home Mom" for most of her life. She had a love for working in her flower beds, gardening and decorating her home. She loved to fish, go boating, shopping, road trips, the Beach, sitting on her porch & just being outside. Lenice loved going to her church, The Crossing (formerly East Ridge Church of God) where she sang alto in the choir, enjoyed her Ladies Sunday School and Wednesday night Bible Study. Lenice was a caring wife, mother, friend and loved her family with all her heart. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Lorene Craig; her husband of 44 years, Robert "Bobby" Frazier, and her brother, Norman Craig. Survivors include her daughters, Sheila (Mark) Thacker and Rhonda (Robbie) Coontz; her son, Mark (Teresa) Frazier; her sisters, Betty Lowery and Brenda (Wayne) Pendergraph; her brother, Herman Craig; 9 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and a devoted friend, Lebron Henry; along with numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be at 2 p. m. on Friday, April 28, 2023, at Chattanooga Funeral Home - East Chapel with Pastor Chad Harris officiating. The family will receive friends from 11 a. m. to 2 p. m. on Friday, April 28, at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at Lakewood Memory Gardens East in Chattanooga.
