Obituary of Leeanne Phelan Leeanne Phelan, age 80, passed away peacefully on April 24th, 2019. A native of Marine Park Brooklyn, New York, she was a loving mother to her four children daughters Kimberly Phelan (William Gati) and Kelly Amrani (Michael Amrani) and sons John M. Phelan and Lowell J. Phelan Jr. who preceded her in death. Above all, she cherished and was infinitely proud of her precious three grandchildren Nicholas, Matthew and Amanda Amrani. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday May 02, 2019 from 6:00 -9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY 11234.
