Laurie Neomany Obituary

"Laurie Myrtilla Neomany (nee Davies) passed away on April 20, 2023. Laurie was born November 22, 1940 in Washington, DC to Lucy (McGraw) and Charles K. Davies, Jr. Growing up in Chevy Chase and Gaithersburg, Maryland she developed a deep affection for horses and dogs. Her love of animals led her to a career in training thousands of canine pets in the Annapolis area. She is survived by a son, Joshua Wood of Maryland; brothers, Charles K. Davies III of Maryland and William C. Davies of Arizona; daughter-in-law, Marsha Davies of Arizona; a niece Julie Dean of Florida; a nephew, Rylan Davies of Colorado; and four great-grandchildren. Laurie was predeceased by an infant daughter, Jennifer Lynn Wood and sister, Mary Jane Dean. Laurie was beloved by many fine friends, neighbors, and clients. The family extends special appreciation to her dear friend Teri Gephart. "
