Larry Lee Shomper, 58, of Harrisburg and formerly of Kendall, NY, passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2022. Born on December 31, 1963 in Harrisburg, PA. He was a graduate of Halifax Area High School. Larry was retired from the United States Army. He was the widower of Linda Shomper, preceded in death by his father, John David Norman and a stepson, Shawn Byrd. Surviving is his mother, Carolyn Shomper Norman, a daughter, Mary Elizabeth Shomper of NC, 2 brothers, Donald N. Shomper of Harrisburg, David J. Norman and his fiance, Julie Harclerode of Etters, a sister, Lisa M. Sucuzhanay and her husband, Jaime of Etters, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be private for the family.
