Larry A Mueller, age 65 of Clear Lake, WI, died at the Amery Hospital on October 3, 2023, surrounded by his family, after a long battle with cancer Larry Albert Mueller was born on March 25, 1958 in St Paul, MN the son of Kenneth & LaVonne (Wirl) He grew up in St Paul and graduated from Johnson High School in 1976 Larry served in the US Army for a short time before returning to the Twin Cities where he worked as a truck driver He later moved to Clear Lake, WI where he owned and operated Larry's Trucking and Landscaping and raised 7 children, Mario, Breanna, Miranda, Dustie, Billy, Mark and Alana In his spare time, Larry enjoyed country music, fishing and was avid New York Giants football fan He loved going to the park, spending time on his deck, having bonfires and spending time with his family and grandkids He is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Mueller; & brother, Scott Mueller He is survived by Sons & Daughters Mario Mueller - Fridley, MN Breanna Mueller - Clear Lake, WI Miranda Mueller - Pine River, MN Dustie (Mike) Johnson - Backus, MN Billy Sabanjo - Backus, MN Mark Noyes - Pine River, MN Alana (Chelsea) Auger - Pine River, MN Mother LaVonne Wirl - St Paul, MN 14 Grandchildren Girl Friend Joann Rach - Clear Lake, WI Brothers Paul Mueller - St Paul, MN Gary Mueller - St Paul, MN There will be a Celebration of Larry's life at a later date Scheuermann Funeral Home and Cremation Services are handling the arrangements www clearlakefuneralhome com To to the family or in memory of Larry A Mueller, please

Mary E. Peterson, age 71 of Clear Lake, WI, died peacefully at her home on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 after a four year battle with cancer. Mary Peterson was born on March 12, 1952 in Amery, WI, the daughter of Delmer "Buster" & Viola (Peterson) Johnson. She grew up in Clear Lake, WI, was baptized and confirmed at First Lutheran Church there and graduated from Clear Lake High School in 1970. After graduation, Mary became a beautician and worked in North St. Paul, MN for several years. On October 18, 1980, she was married to Jerry M. Peterson at First Lutheran Church in Clear Lake and together made their home in rural Amery. In 1988 they moved to live and work in Fond du Lac, WI, for a couple years before they returned to Clear Lake. Mary was employed for many years as an aid for the Clear Lake School District, retiring in 2015. She enjoyed the out doors, fishing and riding UTV's up north. Mary and Jerry loved camping at Haps Landing in Danbury, WI for over 25 years and they spent the past few years wintering in Panama City Beach, Florida. She was an active member of First Lutheran Church in Clear Lake and later at Elim Lutheran in rural Amery. Mary will be sorely missed by her husband, family, and many friends.
