Larry Jones Sr. was born to the proud parents of Norman Jones Sr. and Velma L. Stewart on June 12, 1961. He went to Jackson Elementary School, Hamilton Jr. High and Will Rogers High School. Larry loved family and family functions. He always had a smile, he loved to dance, rap and tell jokes. He was known to family as Clown Larry and friends Chef Larry. He loved his children even though he wasn't there for them later in life. He worked for Global Cars for over ten plus years. He never showed a mean spirit around his family and close friends. Larry joined St. Luke Baptist Church with girlfriend Judy in 2016, where he gave his life to God. Larry was preceded in death by his mother, Velma Stewart; stepfather, Elmer Stewart; stepmother, Mary Jones; grandfathers, Sylvester Ray, Dalton Jones and Isaac Tyson; grandmothers, Idella Tyson and Bessie Jones; aunties, Wilma Whiteside, Elizabeth Miller, Lula Antwine, Josephine Antwine, Odelia Antwine and Emma Jones; uncles, George Jones, Royal Jones, Isaac Ray, Austin Ray, Sammie Ray, Napolean Ray, Elton Antwine and Alsie Antwine; brothers, Norman Jones Jr., Brian Jones, Kevin Jones and James E. Jones; sisters, Linda McCalister and LaDonna F. (Jones) Williams; nephews, Perry McCalister-Verner and Robert Jones-Verner. Larry leaves to cherish his memories, father, Norman Jones Sr.; girlfriend, Judy Minor; children, Portia Jones, Ayesha Hester, Larry D.
