Laraine Mary Gajewski, 81, of Pocomoke City, passed away on Friday, June 17, 2022. Born on June 10, 1941 in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Bertha Haldellhoffer Heffner. She graduated from Port Jefferson high school. Professionally, Laraine served as a Beautician for many years. She was a member of the Riverhead ELKS Lodge #2044 and member of Moose International. In Laraine's down time she enjoyed drawing, painting and especially enjoyed time with her family and her grandchildren. Laraine is survived by her loving husband of 40 years Antone; two sons, Jayme (Blair) Mott of Westover, MD, Larry (Alice) Mott of FL; a daughter, Dona Mott; a step-daughter, Tracy (Mark) Smith of Palenville, NY; six grandchildren, Marley, Jonathan, Shana, Sean, Ryan, and Timmy. Laraine is preceded in death by her loving parents and her siblings. A Celebration of Laraine's Life will be held at a later date.
