Obituary of Lana Posey Lana King Posey, of Bridgeport, Texas, passed away Thursday, February 7, 2019 in Decatur, Texas at the age of 67, after being diagnosed with cancer in November. Memorial service will be at 2 pm on Wednesday, February 13, 2019. Visitation will be 6-8 pm on Tuesday, February 12, 2019. Both services will be at Jones Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport. Lana was born in Wichita Falls to Barney J. King and Dolores F. King on November 5, 1951. She attended Trinity High School in Euless. She loved to hear the casino bells ring, her favorite Pick 3 Number on the Lottery brought her excitement, seeing her bingo number in the monitor brought her joy, tending to her animals and drinking coffee while visiting with her loved ones. Lana is survived by her loving and caring husband Al Posey; daughter Wendy Morton and husband Tommy; granddaughter Riley Morton; sisters Pam Seigler and husband Donnie and Jo Hatchell and husband Wayne; and nephew Bradley Seigler, along with aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Barney Jake King and Dolores King Pennington.
