Kevin Updike Obituary

Kevin Lee Updikem, age 56, passed away unexpectedly April 8th due to health complications. Kevin was predeceased by his grandparents and uncles. He is survived by his two daughters, Alyssa and K'Lee; his son, Logan: his mother, Beverly Boisey and step-father, George Boisey; his father, Milton Updike; two brothers, Michael (Katie), Steven, Karry (Sherry); nine grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and friends. Kevin was a skilled lead artisan baker for many years and was employed by Peters Grocery before gaining employment with Price Chopper where he was a dedicated employee. He was a martial artist and enjoyed Kungfu, a talented man that was a self-taught guitarist. He enjoyed caring for his fish and growing beautiful plants. His true passion was his children and grandchildren whom he loved so much. He was a great father, son, brother, uncle and caring friend. He will truly be missed. A celebration of Kevin's life will be held in the near future and the family will notify everyone once the date is set.
