Angel Mancilla was born in parkland hospital in Dallas Texas on January 16, 2003 to Beronica Franco, On the morning of February 17, God took him into his arms. Angel lived in Garland Texas his whole life, and graduated from Rowlett High school in the year 2021 he then joined the Marine Corp in the spring of 2022 in the time that Angel was in the Marine Corp he made many friends that later turned into his brothers. Angel had a passion for trucks and created a second family when he joined the truck crew Atentados That later turned into Asociados he was the Vice President something Angel held very close to his heart he loved his baby his truck La Viuda when angel wasn’t working or spending time with his family he would be working on his truck with his friends or his favorite mechanic Chamuco Angel was admired by many people for accomplishing many things at such a young age but he also admired many people the ones he admired the most were his Uncle Pilo and his mother Beronica. Angle loved to travel, One of his dreams was to travel to Japan with his wife and family. Angel had just started his own company with his mother named Echo Company, a name inspired by his boot camp Platoon he would work night and day to accomplish his goals, Angel will forever be an incredibly smart and strong young man. He is survived by his Mother Beronica Franco, his Wife Britney Martinez and his sister Maritza Mancilla. Most People only Dream of Angels but we were able to love and hold one. Angel was taken to heaven thinking about the 2 most important things in his life: God and his family. He will be missed by many but we now have a beautiful Angel looking at us from the sky. "William C. Tankersley Jr., a cherished resident of Garland, Texas, passed away on February 25, 2024, at the age of 81. He was born to the late William and Ruby Tankersley in Cullman, Alabama. William, known affectionately as Bill, was a beloved husband to Mrs. Geraldean Tankersley, and he leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. Bill dedicated many years of his life to his work with Southwestern Bell Phone Company, where he made lasting contributions and formed meaningful connections. Beyond his professional endeavors, Bill found joy in leisurely pursuits, particularly golfing and indulging in fine cigars. His passion for these activities brought him moments of contentment and relaxation throughout his life. Left to cherish his memory are his devoted wife, Geraldean, his loving daughters Patti Moore (Terry) and Pennie Sexton (John), and his adored grandchildren Taylor Moore (Julie), Chad Moore, Jacob Sexton, and Molly Sexton. Bill\u0027s family was his pride and joy, and he found immense happiness in their company and achievements. In addition to his immediate family, Bill is remembered fondly by his sister, Wynell Thompson, and a multitude of nieces, nephews, and friends who were touched by his kindness and warmth. He was preceded in death by his brother, Donald Wayne Tankersley. Bill Tankersley\u0027s life was one marked by love, laughter, and a genuine appreciation for the simple pleasures. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him, but his spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched. May he rest in peace, surrounded by the love and fond memories he leaves behind."

Born on May 22, 1949, in Dalhart, Texas, Mark was the son of Joe H. Baker and Iris Eulene (Main) Baker. Throughout his life, Mark touched the hearts of many with his kind and generous spirit. He pursued his passion for Geology, earning a bachelor’s degree in the field and going on to have a successful career as a Geologist. He shared his knowledge and expertise as an Adjunct Professor at Baylor University, and University of Texas at Arlington leaving a lasting impact on his students and colleagues. Mark was instrumental in working, writing, and lobbying for the success of the Licensing for the State of Texas Professional Geoscientists. On October 13, 1983, Mark married the love of his life, Lisa Jane Ragsdale Swindle, at Pleasant Mound United Methodist Church. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Mark is survived by his devoted wife, Lisa Baker, their children Michelle, Jed, and Naomi, and a beautiful legacy in his grandchildren Maya, Angel, Ruben, Colton, Christian, Layla, Vida Jane, and Olivia. Mark’s family meant the world to him, and he always made time for those he loved.? He was a loving brother to his sister Camille McConnell, brother, Joe David Hargis, who held a special place in his heart, and Mark’s extended family of brothers-n-laws, sister-n-law, cousins, nieces, and nephews will forever cherish the memories they shared with him. In addition to his dedication to his family and career, Mark was a man of many interests and talents. He found joy in hiking, scuba diving, photography, painting, golf, and music. His skills as a woodworker and guitar maker were admired by all who knew him, and he had a knack for caring for trees and gardens as an arborist and gardener. Mark was a respected member of the First Baptist Church of Rockwall and held firm to his beliefs as a conservative Republican. He valued his community and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. A man of integrity, passion and compassion, Mark will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His legacy of love, kindness, and dedication to Christ will continue to inspire and uplift those whose lives he touched. A funeral. Service to honor and celebrate Mark’s life will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday February 22, 2024, at Rest Haven Funeral Home Rowlett. The family will gather with friends prior to the service beginning at 1:00. A private interment will follow in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. Rest in Peace, dear Mark. Your memory will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know and love you."
