Kelly Dawn Wadsworth, 60, Fourth Avenue, Warren passed away on June 15, 2022 at her residence. Ms. Wadsworth was born on March 8, 1962 in Jamestown, NY, she is the daughter of the late James Costlow and Patricia (Young) Cummings, and lived most of her life in the Warren area. She had been employed by Northwest Human Development, Kinzua Valley Health Care, the Warren Manor, and many other local nursing homes. She loved collecting antiques and was an avid gardener. But most of all Kelly cherished her fourteen grandchildren (Hunter, Lily, Molly, Mason, Carmen, Ava, Genny, Tony, Alex, Dane, Lily, Jon, Noah, and Nate) as well as her little buddy, "Jase. "She is survived by her children; her sons Anthony (Samantha) Richards of Sheffield, PA, Randy (Angela) Richards of Manitou, KY, Terrence (Brandi) Richards of Sheffield, PA and one daughter, Patricia Richards Aydelott of Colorado. Kelly is also survived by her "Bonus" daughter Samantha Phillips of Warren, PA. One sister, Karrie Cristea of Warren, PA, one brother Fred Glotz of Grove City, PA. And several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. And her good friend Lisa. In addition to her parents Kelly is preceded in death by a sister Kimberly Gourley of Warren,PA, and brothers, James Costlow Jr, and Robert Costlow, both of Jamestown, NY. In Lieu of flowers, Kelly's family suggests memorial contributions be made to Warren Forest Counties Economic Opportunity Council or Hospice of Warren.
