Kelly O'Neal Obituary

Kelly Dyan O'Neal, 51, of Gulfport, MS, passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2023. Born August 1, 1971, in Biloxi, MS to Johnny O'Neal and Cindy (Thibodeaux) Labbie. Kelly grew up in Biloxi, always tagging along with her father on his charter boats and spending summer nights soft shelling. She loved being on the Gulf, not only to spend her free time but also for work. Kelly was a blackjack dealer, and one of the best to boot! She truly enjoyed her job, continuing her education in the field, winning many awards and has also been recognized at ceremonies. From a young age Kelly endured one unfortunate illness after another, but she continued to live her life with grace and strength. She will be truly missed by her family and all the wonderful friends she has made over the years. Left to cherish her memories are her son, Cody O'Neal; mother, Cindy (Thibodeaux) Labbie; stepfather, Terry Labbie; brother, Patrick O'Neal; aunt and uncle, Lynn and Pete Trexler; cousin, Casey Trexler; last but not least her fur babies, Lacy, Buddy, Rex, and Ling-Ling. Kelly is preceded by her father, Johnny Jarvis O'Neal.
