Keith E. Dieball, Age 58, passed away on April 16, 2023. Lovingly survived by his wife Janet (Cervantes); Daughters Meagan (Dieball) and her husband Joseph Lombardi, Michelle Dieball, Amanda Cervantes; Brother Kevin Dieball and children Paige & Cody Dieball. Grandchildren Keyan, Addison and LJ. In Laws: Joseph Cervantes and wife Minyon, Mark Hopp wife Kelly, Jason Cervantes wife Andrea. Mother in law Anna Cervantes. Many Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Member of Harley Davidson and Loyal Order of Moose. He loved to ride and cook. Keith and I met for the first time on June 3, 2016 at a restaurant called the Fat Duck in Forrest Park, II. All I could think was what a nice guy he was. We spent hours talking and found out we both worked in some form of trucking. Our next date was to a party at a friend's house in Indiana. We had such a great time. He learned how to play Hillbilly Gulf with her friends and family. Always the gentlemen. Keith was working for Richards Building Supply and loved his work and playing practical jokes on his co w9rkers. He took a lot of pride in his job. Loved the people he worked with. We would spend our weekend going to different places and getting to know one another. We met each other's families. He found after he wanted to strengthen his connection with his own family, and he succeeded. Keith once again found his love for motorcycles, we purchased our first Harley. Lagoona Orange Road King. He was in love. Unfortunately, a month later he found himself in the hospital to face 3 open heart surgeries, his sternum removed and faced HlNl, pneumonia, tractotomy and series of other issues. Come February 2017 he was on the road to recovery. He discovered he could not ride his Road King and traded it in for a Harley Trike that became his pride and joy. Now he could ride again. We were able to ride as a couple and found a new passion with family and many friends and made more friends. Keith began to shine. We spent as much time with family as possible. Keith loved spending time with his girls Michelle and Meagan whenever possible. Riding with Amanda. His Grand Children were his heart. Celebrating birthdays, taking them out to eat, getting haircuts or just spending home time with them made him glow. Losing his Mom then his Dad really rocked him. Now it was just him and Kevin, Keiths brother. Keith asked me to marry him at Bucks Pit Stop in Hodgkins, II it was a Friday night November 2017. A place we came to know and love. Yes, regulars we were. We had fun filled weekends. To aid in his over all recovery he starts helping Joe and Minnie with the opening of Bad Attitude Bar and Grill. Yet a new passion comes to emerge. He took pride in the kitchen, and he loved to tell the stories of how many times during the renovations he had to clean and re-clean it along with the shenanigans that took please during this time. It gave Keith a purpose again. He made new friends and found more people to ride with. He joined the Harley club and the Moose. He began to open his and our worlds to new adventures. Keith loved to help others and loved to ride. Keith always liked to explore new things, a bar, restaurants, travel destinations and we did. My gentle giant I like to say. His last journey began April 2nd, 2023. He hadn't been feeling good and was not getting better. After some tests and scans Keith was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer that had metastasized to his liver along with other issues connected to this. On April 16th at 1606 Keith journey ended. Surrounded by family and visited by friends, his suffering was over. All he wanted was more time. Visitation, Friday, April 28, 2023, 4:00PM to 8:00PM at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium, 7861 S. 88th Avenue, Justice, Illinois.
