Kathy J. D'Imperio, age 46 of Clairton, passed away at home on Saturday, September 9, 2023. Born August 4, 1977 in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of the late Pat "Pasquale" and Kathleen P. (Stark) D'Imperio. Kathy was a graduate of Clairton High School, Class of 1995. Kathy was a huge Steeler fan, she enjoyed playing cards with her friends and playing yahtzee with her sister. Kathy enjoyed going to the casino and spending time with her family. Kathy was most proud of her daughter, her accomplishments, and the woman she has become. Ciara was her entire world. Kathy received an associate degree in Computer Science from CCAC, a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Point Park, and a masters degree in Organizational Leadership from Robert Morris University. She was employed by Community College of Allegheny County, Allegheny Campus as an Employment Services Administrator for over 14 years. Kathy is survived by her daughter Ciara D'Imperio; her sisters Angela D'Imperio of Whitehall, Deborah (David) Pickford of Clairton, and Patricia (David) Booth of Whitehall; nieces and nephew Alyssa (Matt), Amanda, Justin; and great-niece and great-nephew Arianny and Ronald. Friends will be received in the A. J. Bekavac Funeral Home, Clairton on Thursday September 15, 2023 from 4 PM to 8 PM. A funeral will be at A. J. Bekavac Funeral Home on Friday, September 16, 2023 at 10 AM. Burial will follow in St. Clare Cemetery, Clairton. Kathy will be truly missed by all that knew her.
