Junior H Foshe, 80, of Washington, passed away on October 5, 2023 Mr Foshe, son of the late Leonard Foshe and Edna nee Goodin, was born on February 3, 1943, in Summersville, MO He received his education from Summersville High School On June 18, 1961, he was united in marriage to Betty Tune After her passing, Junior married Mary Anne Feik on January 1, 2006, at First Christian Church in Washington Mr Foshe loved to be on the go, especially golfing and fishing Junior was a very devout Christian and served many years as an elder and fill-in minister for the Fenton Church of Christ Junior and Mary Anne spent many winters in Texas, where they made many dear friends He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Betty Foshe; sister, Carolyn Foshe and grandson, Josh Mosbey Among his survivors are his wife, Mary Anne Foshe of Washington, children, Theresa Inman and husband Rick of Eureka, Ronald Foshe and wife Kim of St Charles, and Vonda Wilson and husband Terry of St Charles; step-daughters, Lisa Straatmann and husband Keith of Washington and Linda Saunders and husband Rusty of Washington; one brother, Bill Foshe and wife Kim of Springfield, MO; grandchildren, Ashley Merlatti and husband Ben, Alexis, Nick and friend Kayla, Arissa and fiance Sean, Jake and fiance Ella, Joe, Jenna, and Jonathan; step-grandchildren, Nick, Lauren, Blake, Alicia, Evan, Andrew, and Kyla; great-grandchildren, Isabell, Alex, Trevor, Madelyn, Andrew, Landon, Lily, Emmett, Landrie, Sylvia, Mary, and Ettie; nieces, a nephew, and many friends A visitation will be held on Monday, October 9, 2023, from 4-7 p m at Nieburg-Vitt, Miller Funeral Home, with a funeral service beginning at 7 p m Interment will be at the Memorial Park Cemetery in St Louis Memorial donations can be made to New Haven Hospice Care To to the family or in memory of Junior H Foshe, please

Sidney Francis Pearson, Jr. , a native of Mobile, Alabama and recent resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away on December 2, 2023 at the age of 71. Preceding him in death were his parents Sidney Francis Pearson, Sr. and Abbie Doody Pearson. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Susan Edwards Pearson and daughters Amy Catherine Pearson and Elizabeth (Sam) Gulledge. He is also survived by his sister Patricia (Skip) Galle, brothers Robert (Anne) Pearson and Philip Pearson as well as many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Sidney attended St. Mary Catholic School, Mc Gill Institute, class of 1970, and was a graduate of The University of South Alabama. He was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church, The Men of Saint Joseph, The McGill-Toolen Hall of Fame, The Knights of Columbus, a CYO basketball coach, and served as a Eucharistic Minister for many years. Sidney worked in the equipment rental business for over 30 years, received numerous awards, and made many true and lasting friends. He was instrumental in developing processes key to operations implemented to this day. A mentor to many, he never stopped providing professional guidance throughout his career. Sidney was a devoted husband, father, and friend, and was also known as a gifted story teller. Many family members and friends reached out often for assistance with a variety of projects. Sidney was known as someone who could trouble-shoot, repair, design or build almost anything and was always ready and willing to share his expertise. No project was too large or too small. He simply accepted the challenge. His generosity of time and talent was appreciated by all who knew him. Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street in Mobile on Friday, December 8, 2023 from 5:00-7:00 pm. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary Catholic Church on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 11:00 am. A private burial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the McGill-Toolen Foundation. Velma Alred Haddock left this world on November 27, 2023 to join her Heavenly Father. Velma was born to William Alred Goforth and Velma Elizabeth Goforth on June 16,1930 in Mescalero, New Mexico. Her father worked for the Indian Agency which took Velma to many Native American Tribal Reservations throughout the West, Southwest and Dakotas through her early years. Velma was Chickasaw and proud of her Native American heritage. She attended Tularosa High school in New Mexico and later graduated Shawnee High School in Shawnee Oklahoma. She later attended Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee Oklahoma. While there she met a baseball pitcher named Perry Haddock who played for OBU. They fell in love and married on June 27th,1948 in Chandler, Ok. Velma was an avid sports fan and even kept the scorecard when Perry played baseball. Together they had three children, two sons and a daughter. Later, Velma encouraged her children to compete in sports. She loved to watch her daughter Peri compete in gymnastics throughout her successful career. She loved going on excursions in the great outdoors, Velma especially enjoyed the Fall Foliage Tours that took them to various National Parks. She loved camping and fishing with her family and many lifelong friends. Velma was very creative and fashioned many useful arts and crafts to decorate her home. She dearly loved her family, her children and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Velma attended many different Churches throughout her life. She loved to share her deep Faith with her family and was assured of her Salvation through Our Lord Jesus Christ. Velma was preceded in death by her Father William Alred Goforth, her Mother Velma Elizabeth Snyder Goforth, her Husband Perry Gene Haddock, her Sister Ardythe Goforth Shields, her Brother W. M. (Bill) Goforth, and Grandson Perry Lane Haddock. Velma is survived by the families of son Dan Haddock and wife Sarah of Azle, Texas, son Bart Haddock and wife Candace of Sherman, Texas and daughter Peri Summersell and husband Brad of Fairhope, Alabama. Services will be held at the pavilion at West Hill Cemetery in Sherman, Texas Friday, December 1st at 11:00 am. Dr. Mike Lawson of First Baptist Church of Sherman, Texas will officiate. "FAIRHOPE - Alice Faye Wyatt of Fairhope, Alabama passed away on Thanksgiving Eve, November 22 at the age of 82 with family by her side after a brief illness that lasted a short six days. Born to parents, Cleo and Ira Green Faye spent her childhood in Carthage, Mississippi before moving to Jackson where she graduated from Hinds Community College and entered the banking field. Her career spanned from banking to real estate to property management. In 1983 Faye made the state of Alabama her permanent home. After her husband's death in 2014 Faye moved to Fairhope where she spent the last nine years. She never met a stranger and made fast friends there. She had several nicknames throughout her life, but Famous was the one that stuck which is what her great granddaughter, Ella called her. Although a small family there were four generations of girls. Faye found great joy in her family, but she considered her circle of friends in Fairhope also family. She spent her last years dancing, laughing, and being grateful for the life she had found. Her favorite scripture was the 23rd psalm. Faye is survived by her only daughter, Kristie Nutt ( David ) of Flora, her granddaughter, Carly Smith ( Kevin ) of Madison and her one great granddaughter, Ella Jane Smith of Madison. Also survived by great niece, Jamie Brown of Crystal Springs. The family would like to especially thank Robie and Anthony Rossi and Molly Brunson who loved Faye as their own. Faye was laid to rest near her mom, dad and her sister in a private graveside service for immediate family only with a beautiful send off by bagpipes to Amazing Grace. James Walter Dumas, Lieutenant Commander, USN April 4, 1938 - October 21, 2023 James Dumas of Fairhope, AL, died on October 21, 2023 at 85 years old after a year long battle with cancer. A career naval officer, Vietnam veteran, Naval Architect, and an Auburn and M. I. T. graduate, he was an honorable man, honest, straightforward, and loyal. Jim enjoyed playing golf and rooting for his Auburn Tigers. Most of all, Jim loved life, and he loved his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 16 years, Samantha; his three sons; David Dumas (Brenda), Kevin Dumas (Kerry), and Steven Dumas (Paula), and his step-son, Richard Bacon. He was preceded in death by his first wife of 48 years, Patti. PaPa Jim/ Grandpa Honey especially loved his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Grandchildren: Kristina Morrow (Cody), Benjamin (Anna Claire), Joshua Martin (Hannah), Patricia McNeil (Cole), Trent (Kelsey), Hannah, James, Lydia, Daniel, Zoe, Sydnee Bacon, and Ema Bacon. Great grandchildren: Samuel Morrow, Micah McNeil, Tillie Dumas,, Jackson Dumas, Ashton Martin, Peyton Martin, and Elizabeth Martin. Born in Pine Hill, Alabama to Albert Picket Dumas and Mamie Caroline "Carrie" Dumas, Jim was the fifth of six siblings. He is survived by his beloved sister Ruth and younger brother Alex. Rosalie Bargen, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother died on Wednesday, October 18, 2023. She was 89 years old. Rosalie was the daughter of Joseph and Emily Nowak of Clover Bottom, Missouri. She was one of 8 children. A devout Catholic, mother of 13 children, wife to August (Gus) for nearly 68 years, and an active member of St. Francis Borgia Parish. Rosalie will be most remembered and missed for her strong faith, motherly wisdom and guidance, generous caregiving, fun-filled spirit, and her love for life. Rosalie felt blessed to have such a healthy, big family. She loved spending time with her kids and grandchildren and especially loved hearing about their accomplishments, guiding them through set-backs, praying for them and celebrating their successes. She loved gardening, played piano, was a math whiz and a terrific speller. She loved family reunions, growing vegetables and flowers in her garden, enjoyed making every holiday and birthday special, and was always quick to offer help to others. She loved to listen and dance to polka music, go to garage sales, and shopping for gifts for others. She embraced life for all of its ups and downs and always found humor in the simplest of settings. Rosalie always made you feel like you were the most important person in the room and she wished God's blessings to all those she knew. Rosalie felt so loved and blessed and celebrated life with time spent together with her family, visiting loved ones, playing bingo and cards, making big family dinners, going to church picnics, watching daily devotions, praying the rosary, and so much more. Rosalie is survived by her daughter, Connie and Joseph Rigg, daughter, Carol and Mike Bunton, son, Roger and Sharon Bargen, daughter, Christine and Randall Wilson, son, Randy and Christine Bargen, son, Russell Bargen, daughter, Charlotte Bargen, son, Robin and Brenda Bargen, daughter, Carleen and Chris Moritz, daughter, Cheryl and David Howell, daughters Cathy and Carrie Bargen. Grandchildren Jason Rigg, wife Jolene, Steven Rigg, wife Kelly, Laura Granneman, husband TJ, Joshua Bunton, wife Amber, Brent Bargen, wife Kayla, Brandi Bargen, fiancee, Conlan, Matthew Wilson, wife Lynn, Nathan Bargen, Katie Bargen, Megan Moritz, Brianna Moritz, Jeremy Howell, Ian Howell, Ella Howell, and Jackson Kerr.
