"June Marian O'Hagan, 81, of Jupiter, FL passed away on May 5, 2023 with her daughter by her side. June was born in South Amboy, New Jersey on February 17, 1942 to her loving parents, Edward and Ruth Primka. She grew up in a close-knit family with two older siblings, Edward and Linda. June graduated from Jamesburg High School and went on to marry her high school sweetheart, William O'Hagan in 1964. They enjoyed forty-four years of a happy, loving, and devoted marriage before William preceded June in death in 2008. June was a dedicated wife and nurturing mother and also made time for many volunteer projects. She was particularly engaged in helping those in need as both a benefactor and a hands-on participant. Closest to her heart were projects devoted to feeding the hungry, providing art experiences to children, and promoting literacy. She also funded scholarships to summer enrichment camps, youth leadership conferences, and the FAU Wilkes Honors College. She was a longtime benefactor of El Sol Neighborhood Resource Center, Holy Cross Catholic Church, and Holy Cross Catholic Preschool. She also served as a docent at the Snite Museum of Art at the University of Notre Dame. June enjoyed her circle of friends in Admirals Cove and was an avid bridge player. She also enjoyed spending time reading, swimming, and painting. She loved art museums and theatrical productions. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Kelly; her cherished sister, Linda; and her dear nieces and nephews, along with their precious children. June will be greatly missed by all who knew her: her loving family, her loyal friends, her dedicated caregivers, and all who were recipients of her kindness and generosity.
