Jose "Louie" Menchaca passed away on June 11, 2022 peacefully with his family at his side. He was born October 15, 1954 in Agualeguas, Nuevo Le�n, Mexico to Guadalupe and Juan Menchaca. Alongside his eldest sibling and parents he came to live in Visalia, CA. He grew up attending school in the city of Visalia where he met the love of his life Lucila Estrada in 1972. They married in 1975 and began to grow their family. They were to celebrate their 47th wedding anniversary on June 21, 2022. Together they raised their children Jose "Louie" Jr. , the twins Veronica and Roberto, and Stephanie. Louie was a hardworking man who set the example for his children of good work ethic and dedication. He worked for Clyde Rhodes Construction for 20 years and 26 years for the Housing Authority of Tulare County. He was a die hard 49ers Fan, enjoyed reading a good book and listening to a variety of English and Spanish music. He loved to attend classic car show events with his brothers and kids.
