Jose Luna Obituary

Jose "Don Lupe" Guadalupe Santoyo Luna, of Chico California passed away in his home on Wednesday, May 3rd at the age of 84. He leaves behind his wife Paulina of 54 years, four sons, Jose, Gabriel (Maria) of Chico, Alfredo (Kristen) of Chico, & Rodrigo (Araceli) of Orland. Four grandchildren, Lena, Alex, Jacob and Gabriel Jr. Jose was born October 25th, 1938 in Zacatecas, Mexico and moved to Mexicali in his youth where he met his wife Paulina of La Barca, Jalisco. Together they started their family and moved from Mexicali to Northern California where Jose worked at Devour Nurseries for over 20 years. There will be a rosary at 5pm Friday, May 12th at Bruise Funeral Home in Chico.
