Jong Hui Kim, 87, of Lansdale, PA, passed away peacefully on September 9, 2023 surrounded by his loving family due to natural causes. Jong is survived by his loving spouse, Myung Ju Kim, his daughter Colleen H. Kim, son Brian S. Kim, daughter-in-law Jihyun Kim, daughter Miha Kim, granddaughter Grace Kim, grandson Joshua Kim, granddaughter Deborah Kim, grandson Nathaniel Kim, his sisters Myung Ja Kim, Veronica Alison, Eun Ja Kim and sister-in-laws Soon Ae Kim, Soon Ja Kim and Kyung Ok Lee. He was preceded in death by his father, Moon Bae Kim, who served as the former county executive for Chungcheongbuk Province in South Korea, his mother Alma Kim a former nurse, and his brothers Jong Kun Kim, and Jong In Kim. He was born on January 27, 1936, in Chungcheongbuk Province, Korea. He immigrated to the United States in 1977 after the Korean War. Jong and his wife supported his entire family including his parents and siblings after the war for 15 years. Jong was a dedicated and selfless individual who pursued the American dream, leaving behind his country and his career as a pharmacist in Seoul, Korea to seek better opportunities for his wife and children. All of his extended family except one sister immigrated to the United States. In the United States, Jong became a successful self-employed business owner, starting with multiple businesses and eventually establishing Triumph Cleaners in Drexel Hill, PA, where he worked alongside his wife, who was a former chemistry teacher turned tailor. Together, they dedicated 30 years to their business, serving the local community. He raised his family and resided in Wayne, PA for over 20 years. Jong was a man of faith and found solace in his church community. He was a member, deacon, and elder of Emmanuel Church in Philadelphia for over 30 years. His involvement in the church provided him with a network of friends and family, particularly as a first-generation Korean immigrant. He remembered his time and service with this special community with much pride and joy. Those who knew Jong described him as kind, compassionate, diligent, loyal, responsible, trustworthy, and faithful to the Lord and his family. He cherished spending time with his loved ones and made it a priority to create lasting memories. In his retirement, he dedicated his time to visiting nursing homes, offering encouragement to the sick and elderly, and happily assisted raising his grandchildren. Jong received his higher education at Seoul National University, College of Pharmacy, where he honed his skills as a pharmacist before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey in the United States. Friends, family, and community members are invited to pay their respects and share their memories of this remarkable man. Jong's legacy will live on through the lives he touched and the values he instilled in his loved ones. He will be dearly missed but forever remembered for his unwavering faith, dedication, and love for his family and community.

Salvatore John Centofanti, Jr. age 89, of Lansdale passed away on November 22, 2023. Salvatore is survived by loving wife of 64 years, Irene (Platt) Centofanti, and three children, John (Christine) Centofanti, Robert (Deena) Centofanti and Karen (Jeffrey) Mordock, and eight grandchildren, Nicholas (Rachel), Patrick, Sean, Kristopher (Lindsey), Collin, Ryan, Evan, and Jackson Mordock, one great grandchild, Maribelle Rosalie. Salvatore is also survived by his brother Paul (Patricia) Centofanti, and predeceased by Joseph (survived by Camille) Cintofanti, Dominic Cintofanti, Rita Cifelli, Pasquale (survived by Louise) Centofanti, Nancy Quinlan, Ronald (survived by Linda) Centofanti and Harry and Florence Platt. He will be missed by his many family members including nieces and nephews. Salvatore was born March 31, 1934 in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia, and attended Northeast Public High School for Boys. He served our country in the U. S. Navy/USS Antietam, upon his return, he studied Mechanical Engineering at Temple University before starting his career as a Mechanical Engineer for several different firms including US Pipe where he was a successful plant manager for many years. In addition to raising his family, he enjoyed playing poker with his friends, competing in bocce tournaments, bridge nights with his wife, and traveling with Irene and his siblings. Salvatore was a World War II enthusiast. He was also an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies. Rita Colleen Sullivan, 83, of Lansdale, passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023. Colleen was born in Prince Edward Island (PEI), Canada. In 1957, at the age of 18, she moved to South Boston, MA where she resided for the next 65 years. At the age of 34, she attended the Tewksbury School of Practical Nursing and received a degree as a licensed practical nurse. She worked at Marion Manor in South Boston, MA for over 20 years and retired in 2004. Colleen was extremely kind-hearted, thoughtful and selfless; and loved having a good laugh with friends and family. She enjoyed sitting outside in the sun, gardening, playing cards, winning at local casinos, and traveling to the Caribbean or back home to PEI. She constantly attended to others needs even helping to feed and tuck in other residents at the memory care unit at Elm Terrace Gardens (Lansdale, PA) where she resided during 2023. She is survived by her three loving children, Michael Sullivan (Nancy) of Hatfield, PA; David Sullivan (Barbara) of Holbrook, MA; and Thomas Sullivan (Josie) of Quincy, MA. "Mimi" treasured her 7 grandchildren: Ashley Mignosa (Paul), Alyson Harris (Bryan), Cassandra Ustach (Houston Arruda), Eli Sullivan, Meghan King, Kate Sullivan, and Kelly Sullivan. Also surviving are nieces and nephews, her brother Joseph MacDonald, and sister-in-law Theresa MacDonald. She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Charlotte; her beloved husband John Harold; her partner Richard Blithe; her daughter Tina; her brothers Jack, Mickey, and Roddy; and her sisters Mae, and Arlene. The family would like to thank her son David and daughter-in-law Barbara Sullivan for their loving support in caring for Mimi this past year. In addition, they would like to thank the wonderful staff at Elm Terrace Gardens, Lansdale, PA. Alton George Grube, Jr. , age 75, of Lansdale, passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023. He was the beloved husband of J. Debra (Alderfer) Grube. They will have celebrated 45 years of marriage on November 4, 2023. Al was born November 7, 1947, in Philadelphia, just shy of his 76th birthday, he was a son of the late Alton George, Sr. and Anne (Flick) Grube. Al was a United States Army Veteran serving 1971-1973, while enlisted he played trumpet in the Army band for 3 years. He worked in law private practice for a short time and then for the Office of the Attorney General of Pennsylvania for 32 years. He was head of Tort Litigation in Philadelphia and retired in 2017. He was an Elder and member of Open Bible Church in Lansdale for 30 years and was a current member of Hilltown Baptist Church. Alton was a tenor for the Germantown Academy Choral. He loved singing and enjoyed football, baseball, basketball, going to the beach and playing golf. His passion was his family, and he cherished the times they spent together and remembered everyone's birthday. In addition to his wife Debra, he is survived by his children Rosemary Campbell and her husband Matthew of Reading, PA, Randy Grube of Lansdale, April Rogowski and her husband Tony of Greer, SC; grandchildren Ashlynn, Marlaina, Aidan, Aleena, Maggie, Lily, Andrew, Abram; siblings Michael L. Grube and his wife Connie and Kathleen Reichel and her husband Ray. He was preceded in death by his sister Melisande Grube and niece Erica Reichel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews and cousins, who gave him much joy. Funeral services for Alton will take place Saturday, November 11, 2023, at 10:30 AM at Hilltown Baptist Church, 26 Upper Church Road, Chalfont, PA 18914, where the family will greet guests from 9:00 - 10:15 AM. John Sherman Nealy, age 76, of Lansdale, passed away on Friday, October 13, 2023. He was the beloved husband of Linda (Mensch) Nealy, with whom he shared over 36 years of marriage. Born May 2, 1947, in Piqua, Ohio, he was a son of the late Robert Irvin Nealy and Juantia Mae (Potter) Burke. John enjoyed woodworking, golfing, playing softball, baseball-watching the Phillies play and watching the Eagles. He also liked genealogy and ancestry. His true passion was his family, and he cherished the times they spent together. In addition to his wife Linda, he is survived by his daughters Nichol A. Murdah and her husband Stephen and Heather N. Freed and her husband Ryan; grandchildren Jeffrey Agosto, Jr. , Stephen Murdah, Jr. , Miles P. Murdah, Owen M. Freed and Layla M.
