Johnny R. Pack, 67 of Switzer, WV departed this life Tuesday, April 23rd, 2019 at Logan Regional Medical Center. He was born on August 1st, 1951 to the late Leonard and Irma (Poole) Pack at Logan Regional Medical Center. He was a retired custodian at Logan County Board of Education and a member of Mona Hill FWB Church. Those left to cherish his memories are his loving wife of 44 years, Pamela Pack; one son, Jonathan (Courtney) Pack of Winfield, WV; one daughter, Shannon (Harrison Barber) Pack of Portland, OR; one brother, Allen Pack of Switzer, WV. The service will be held on Saturday, April 27th, 2019 at 11:00AM at Collins Funeral Home with Rev. Joseph Vance officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 26th, 2019 from 6:00PM-9:00PM.
